Craft Kreations LLC Refund & Return Policy

At Craft Kreations LLC, many of our products are custom designed, personalized, printed, or made specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because these items are created specifically for you, they generally cannot be restocked or resold.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Custom, Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are FINAL SALE.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:

  • Changing your mind after production has begun

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Selecting the wrong shirt or product color

  • Providing incorrect names, dates, wording, photos, sizes, colors, or other personalization information

  • Approving a custom design and later deciding you would like something different

  • Minor color differences caused by screen, monitor, or device settings

  • Minor variations in print placement or appearance that naturally occur during handmade or custom production

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with their order, including spelling, sizing, colors, and personalization details.

Please review available size charts before ordering. Because garments are produced specifically for your order, selecting an incorrect size does not qualify for a return or exchange.

Custom Design Approval

When Craft Kreations provides a design proof for approval, it is the customer's responsibility to review the entire design carefully.

Please check:

  • Spelling

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Photos

  • Colors

  • Numbers

  • Placement

  • Wording

  • Other requested details

Once a customer approves a design and production begins, changes may not be possible.

If Craft Kreations produces the item differently from the approved design, we will work with you to correct the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Craft Kreations as soon as possible.

Orders may only be changed or canceled before design work or production has begun.

Once custom design work, printing, pressing, production, or other preparation has started, the order becomes final and cannot normally be canceled or refunded.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive what you ordered.

If your item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Has a production defect

  • Contains an error made by Craft Kreations

  • Is materially different from the item or approved design you ordered

  • Is the wrong product, size, or color due to an error by Craft Kreations

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

  • Photographs of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping

After reviewing the issue, Craft Kreations may provide an appropriate replacement, correction, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Customers will not be charged to replace an item when the problem resulted from an error by Craft Kreations.

Customer-Supplied Information

Craft Kreations is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or approved by the customer.

For example, if a customer submits the name “Johnathan” and approves the design with that spelling, Craft Kreations is not responsible if the customer later states that the intended spelling was “Jonathan.”

However, if the customer submitted or approved “Jonathan” and Craft Kreations mistakenly produces “Johnathan,” we will make it right.

Customer-Supplied Photos & Artwork

Customers are responsible for providing suitable-quality photos, logos, artwork, and other files for custom orders.

We will make reasonable efforts to identify obvious quality problems before production when possible, but the final print quality may depend on the quality and resolution of the files provided by the customer.

Customers are also responsible for confirming that they have permission or legal authority to provide and request the use of any photographs, logos, artwork, trademarks, or other material submitted for a custom order.

Non-Custom Items

If Craft Kreations offers products that are specifically identified as non-custom, ready-to-ship, or return-eligible, those products may have separate return conditions listed on the product page.

Any product specifically identified as Final Sale is not eligible for a standard return or exchange unless it arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies under this policy.

Unauthorized Returns

Please contact Craft Kreations before sending an item back.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, return instructions will be provided directly to the customer.

Refunds

When a monetary refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing time after a refund is issued may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Orders We Cannot Fulfill

If Craft Kreations is unable to fulfill an order and an acceptable replacement, modification, or revised fulfillment arrangement cannot be agreed upon, the affected portion of the order will be refunded.
