Welcome to Craft Kreations LLC.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.craftkreations.com and your purchase of products or services from Craft Kreations LLC (“Craft Kreations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, submitting a custom design request, placing an order, or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Products and Services

Craft Kreations offers products and services that may include:

  • Custom and personalized apparel

  • Printed apparel

  • DTF and other printed products

  • Custom-designed merchandise

  • Personalized gifts

  • Ready-to-order merchandise

  • Graphic and creative design services

  • Other custom products and services offered through our website

Many Craft Kreations products are created, printed, personalized, or produced specifically after an order is placed.

Product availability, customization options, pricing, and production times may vary.

2. Custom and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting a custom order.

This includes, when applicable:

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Sizes

  • Colors

  • Wording

  • Spelling

  • Numbers

  • Photographs

  • Logos

  • Artwork

  • Personalization instructions

  • Other requested information

Craft Kreations is not responsible for errors contained in information provided or approved by the customer.

Once custom design work or production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Design Proofs and Customer Approval

Some custom orders may include a digital design proof before production.

When a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing the entire design before approving it.

Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted, as applicable:

  • Spelling

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Wording

  • Numbers

  • Photographs

  • Colors

  • Design placement

  • General layout

  • Personalization details

Once a design has been approved and production has begun, Craft Kreations is not responsible for customer-requested changes that were not identified before approval.

If Craft Kreations produces an item materially differently from the approved design because of an error made by Craft Kreations, we will work with the customer to correct the issue in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Customer-Supplied Photos, Logos and Artwork

Customers may provide photographs, artwork, logos, names, trademarks, graphics, or other material for use in a custom order.

By submitting material to Craft Kreations, you represent that you have the right, permission, license, or other lawful authority necessary for us to use that material for your requested order.

You agree not to knowingly ask Craft Kreations to reproduce material in a manner that violates another person's or company's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other legal rights.

Craft Kreations reserves the right to decline or cancel a custom request when we reasonably believe the requested use may violate another party's rights, applicable law, or our business policies.

If an order is canceled by Craft Kreations before fulfillment for this reason, any appropriate refund will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

5. Permission to Use Customer-Supplied Material

When you submit photographs, logos, artwork, or other material for the purpose of completing an order, you grant Craft Kreations permission to use, reproduce, resize, crop, adjust, arrange, or otherwise process that material only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Create the requested design

  • Produce your order

  • Communicate with you about the order

  • Maintain appropriate business and order records

Submitting your material does not transfer ownership of your original material to Craft Kreations.

6. Craft Kreations Designs and Source Files

Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership of Craft Kreations design files, working files, templates, source files, production files, or other creative assets used to produce that product.

Except for material supplied by the customer or another third party, Craft Kreations retains whatever intellectual-property and other rights it may have in original design elements, layouts, working files, templates, and creative materials created by Craft Kreations.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, customers are purchasing the finished product or specifically identified service—not unrestricted ownership of the underlying editable design files.

Requests to purchase or license design files may be handled separately at Craft Kreations' discretion.

7. Product Appearance and Color

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and designs accurately.

However, colors may appear differently depending on:

  • Phone screens

  • Computer monitors

  • Display settings

  • Lighting

  • Fabric color or texture

  • Printing method

  • Materials used

Minor differences between a digital preview and the finished physical product may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Custom production may also result in minor reasonable variations in print placement, sizing, or appearance.

8. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct garment or product size.

When size charts or measurements are provided, customers should review them before ordering.

Sizes may vary between garment manufacturers, styles, and product types.

Because custom and made-to-order apparel is produced specifically for the customer, ordering the wrong size generally does not qualify for a return or exchange unless Craft Kreations supplied a different size from the one ordered.

9. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not require Craft Kreations to accept or fulfill an order that cannot reasonably be completed.

We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to decline or cancel an order because of circumstances including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment issues

  • Prohibited or unlawful requests

  • Technical errors

  • Production limitations

  • Customer-supplied material that raises legal or policy concerns

If Craft Kreations cancels an order that has already been paid and no product or service has been provided, an appropriate refund will be issued as required by applicable law.

10. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Craft Kreations may change prices at any time for future orders.

A price change does not alter the agreed price of an order that has already been accepted and paid, except where an obvious pricing or technical error occurred and applicable law permits correction.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization fees, design fees, rush fees, or other charges will be displayed or communicated when applicable.

11. Payment

Payment is required using the payment methods made available through our website or otherwise approved by Craft Kreations.

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

We may delay production until required payment has been received or authorized.

12. Production and Fulfillment Times

Because many Craft Kreations products are custom or made to order, processing and production time may occur before an item is shipped or made available for pickup.

Estimated production or fulfillment times are estimates unless Craft Kreations specifically guarantees a particular date in writing.

If circumstances prevent us from shipping an online merchandise order within the time required by applicable law, we will communicate with the customer and handle the delay, cancellation, or refund as required.

13. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Craft Kreations is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Shipping carrier delays may occur after an order leaves our possession.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to a customer under applicable law when an order is lost, undelivered, damaged, or otherwise not properly fulfilled.

Additional shipping terms may be included in our separate Shipping Policy.

14. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by the Craft Kreations Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are generally final sale once production has begun, except where Craft Kreations made an error, the product is defective or damaged, the wrong product was supplied, or another remedy is required by applicable law.

Customers should review the Refund & Return Policy before placing an order.

15. Custom Design Requests

Submitting a custom design request does not guarantee that Craft Kreations will accept the project.

We may decline a project because of:

  • Production limitations

  • Scheduling or workload

  • Requested content

  • Intellectual-property concerns

  • Material availability

  • Technical limitations

  • Other reasonable business considerations

We may also recommend modifications to a customer's requested concept when necessary to create a suitable finished product.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website, products, services, or custom-design process to knowingly:

  • Violate applicable law

  • Commit fraud

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Infringe another person's intellectual-property rights

  • Harass, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate against another person

  • Upload malicious software or harmful code

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our website or systems

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the website

  • Place fraudulent orders or initiate abusive payment disputes

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Craft Kreations, our customers, our website, or others.

17. Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, the Craft Kreations website and its original branding, photographs, graphics, designs, written content, product presentations, and other materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, customer materials, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

18. Reviews, Comments and Feedback

Customers may voluntarily provide reviews, comments, suggestions, photographs, testimonials, or feedback.

You remain responsible for material you submit.

When you voluntarily submit content specifically for public display, such as a product review or testimonial, you give Craft Kreations permission to display and reasonably reproduce that content in connection with our website, products, and business.

We will not knowingly alter a customer's review in a way that materially misrepresents the customer's opinion.

19. Third-Party Services

Our website may use services provided by third parties, including payment processors, shipping providers, website platforms, social-media services, and other technology providers.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be governed by the terms and privacy practices of those providers.

Craft Kreations is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

20. Website Availability

We try to keep our website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or certain products or services when reasonably necessary.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, rights, or protections that cannot legally be waived.

Any specific guarantees provided on a product page, custom agreement, or written communication from Craft Kreations remain subject to their stated terms.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Craft Kreations LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the website or products where such damages may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or customer remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

For claims relating to an individual order, Craft Kreations' liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from material you knowingly submit to Craft Kreations without the rights or authorization required to use that material, or from your unlawful misuse of our website or services.

This provision does not require a customer to indemnify Craft Kreations for Craft Kreations' own unlawful conduct or negligence where such responsibility cannot lawfully be shifted.

24. Privacy

The collection and use of personal information through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Customers should review the Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

25. Changes to These Terms

Craft Kreations may update these Terms periodically.

The version posted on our website at the time of an order will generally govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The Effective Date at the top of this policy indicates when the current version became effective.

26. Governing Law

These Terms and transactions with Craft Kreations LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's mandatory consumer-protection law applies.

Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court having jurisdiction over the matter unless the parties mutually agree to another lawful method of resolving the dispute.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable product descriptions and our Refund & Return Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any written custom-order agreement, form the applicable terms governing purchases from Craft Kreations.

If a specific written agreement for a custom project directly conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific written agreement will control for that project unless prohibited by law.
